Executive Signature Review Form
The Executive Signature Review Form is an internal form used
to route a proposal or letter of recommendation to the Chancellor of the Texas A&M University System, the President or Provost of Texas A&M University, or other individuals for signatures not normally required by the document
review/approval sheet. This form, prepared
by the Research Services Office or the principal investigator, is a snapshot
summary of the full document which is attached. This document must be signed by the Vice President for Research or
Director of Research Policy and Development Support before forwarding to the Provost, President, or Chancellor for
signature.
